offer pending. how long does it take to complete my lovefilm offer?

i have recieved a dvd from lovefilm and sent it back and now they are sending me another, how long does it normally take to be complete?

You will keep reciving dvd's from love film while you have a account open with them. So when your free trial runs out they will charge you what ever subscription you selected.

It also now takes 28 days to green on freebiejeebies

I know yeh it used to be 14 days because that was how long the trial was but about about 2 weeks ago they changed it

All Lovefilm offers have a pending status, and the maximum for this is 28 days at the moment. We still get some updates through for the free trial offers in batches ahead of this so it can take less time. The PAYG offers tend to take the maximum time.

when is the next batch btw? lol and also are the batches monthly, and is there a cut off date each month?

if i have a few peding from a 2/3 weeks ago and i got 1 this week, will they all go green at the same time? or isit timed individually?

We don't know when the next batch is coming in unfortunately, they are still automatically approving but after 28 days now so they will approve individually unless we have a batch report in.

this might be a bit too much to as, but is there anyway you can manually approve the pendings now so i can verify? .....they should go green soon, but if any dont go through you can take them off from console.fj?

I'm afraid not, we don't know we are getting paid for the offer until the pending status has changed to 'completed' so we can't give credit for pending offers.

We can only combine referrals from different sites if you have met the requirements for a gift on each of the sites you want to combine... so you would need to have your own 'completed' status on Consoles, and have at least 3 completed referrals on that site to combine with referrals on another site.

Oh can you do that? i didnt know. So if i have 5 completed referrals of consoles, can i move 2 or 3 to ps3.Fj? or have i misunderstood u? :S cos that would be reallly good

no we cannot transfer referrals, what alex meant was if you have enough for a gift on both sites we can combine the greens for a custom order.

that's right, so for example if you have 3 on apple.fj and 3 on gifts.fj, you can get a custom order worth 6 refs

yeh you can if you want, mine just went green on the 28th day....so im going to have to wait that long for each one
