eXceem - Help required

I've got some clown posting youtube videos telling people to sign up, then create 3 more accounts themselves, then contact support for exchange of referrals for offer credit. Obviously none of these qualify and all need to go on hold. I've put the video author on hold but he hasn't taken the hint so could you all please flag these videos as spam and comment that it doesnt work.

I'm getting so many of these support tickets and they all take time to deal with.

I don't see what he gets out of it? wont the accounts go on hold? So he'd loose any refs he gained?

he doesnt get anything out of it, the reason i'm asking for help is to stop me getting lots of unnecessary support tickets which then slows me down dealing with genuine ones
