2 Offers Removed

Yet again i've got to make this complaint, I really wish people would learn.

Buyz.com has gone from FJ due to large levels of fraud, i'm really disappointed with this because this was our first offer that was open to both UK and USA residents and now it's gone.

I seem to be making this plea a lot, if you find a way to fraud an offer rather than try and abuse it why not let me know, I might reward you for pointing it out and be able to get the offer provider to fix the loophole rather than this situation where they just don't want to deal with us anymore. It gives us a bad name with advertisers, which means less good offers for you in the future. Please consider your actions beforehand.

There is another offer currently being abused at the moment, i'm not going to mention which one in case people try and abuse it further but when I get the list from the advertiser who has been scamming this offer - all their FJ accounts are going on hold and they will receive a permanent ban.

I'm sorry for the long post but this really upsets me, I know the majority of exceemers wouldn't dream of scamming the offers but the minority of you that do are ruining it for everyone.

On a separate note, i've removed Mecca as the offer is currently paused and there are strong suggestions that they will be closing their program soon.

Not only should you ban them but I really wish that you could name and shame any exceem member doing it. I know with the data protection though that you cant.

Hi richard, sorry to hear about the scamming ..... what exactly is meant by loopholes.

Surely on buyz.com, to meet the criteria you just select something you want and buy it ?
How can this be exploited.

Also i have 2 mecca offers that are saying "not completed" on sports. any idea what will happen with these.

The Mecca untrackeds should still be credited, i'm just waiting for TD to get back to me on how long.

There was something wrong with buyz that meant that people could checkout without actually paying there and then (don't know the details) and although they got credited they never actually completed the purchase

I know it shouldn't come to this... but like you said, maybe you should offer a reward for reporting loopholes etc... it may cut fraud down a bit

With buys.com you still have to enter payment details, its the same with bidz.com.

If they get put on hold doubtless they will come on here moaning about it anyway so we'll soon find out.

There are so many free offers or offers for £5 why be so cheap as to try and cheat on an offer - £5 isn't a lot really.

Mecca takes just over 30 days to go as Green - that's normal, so it wasn't wasted. There's no reason why the offer wouldn't be counted for. If it's not showing as Pending send FJ a ticket.

It's a sad fact of life that freebie hunters come in 2 types.
The first type are the people like most of us on this forum, intelligent enough to know better and appreciate the art of refs and free stuff.
The second type are the low down lazy scumbags who just want something for nothing and don't care about the consequences as long as they get what they want.

It's a shame that people like that insist on ruining it for others. Ban them without a second thought and keep all the money they have made you. You owe them nothing.

FJ provide a fine service and I for one would report anything like that, I'm sure most would.
