eXceem - Verification failed - "this user is on hold"

Hey,

I got all my required 9 referrals for a Wii and tried to verify. My Greens have been rolled back to 7. However one of the greens on hold is a member of exceem whom I did a trade with. I have completed their offer though it is yet to go green. Is there anything I can do about this? As theyve probably conned me if they havent done the offer properly. The offer was the Buyz.com offer.

Tell one of the Admins his name, He might of not completed the offer properly by accicdent.. or maybe he did on purpose...
Try to contact him, You got his email on your list

There is a section for trade disputes, somewhere in the trade section. I think that is private so only you and a mod/admin can see it

Not sure what the conditions are, but in the past I've heard of having you removed from your refererer's account, so he doesn't benefit from your green (not many networks do this though).

Try to sort it out with him and get him to send a support ticket!!

as said above really , contact member first and try and find out whats happened , they might offer to do another for you or it may get sorted through a support ticket , if you are still having problems then create a thread in the trades support section as grabrail said it is private only you and th admins/mods can see it .
