Registration Cancellation?

Hi there guys, recently a friend of mine registered under my referal, but the problem is that he has forgotten that he already had a registration, the website said that there was already a registration with this e-mail, but he said he couldn't be bothered for the old one as he did not remember passwords (although there is the "forgot password?" link) and it was quicker to register, so he registered again with different e-mail. The same day, the masters from freebiejeebies sent him an e-mail saying that he is "on hold" or something as he has already an account with them. In general, is there any chance that you cancel his first account and he proceeds using his new one. It would be tricky for someone else.. as he is being reffered by someone in the first place.. I don't know, I am just asking.. His name is: Mike Northcott (or something like this) / Michael Northcott .. e-mail should be something like: something@rhul.ac.uk ... Thanks in advance...

The website that he has been reffered is:

secretfree.co.uk

Re: Registration Cancellation?

you should get your friend to send a support ticket through his new and freebiejeebies account and explain the situation. The fj guys will take a look and being fair I'm sure you guys will come to some sort of agreement!

I doubt it, he has deliberately set up a second account, couldnt be bothered is no excuse, especially as the login system warned him!!! I will be very suprised if richard or alex help out in this situation.
