Verify button not showing?

Hi there guys,
I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems seeing the verify button today?
I have got all my necessary referrals and am just waiting for the button to come up. Normally its pretty much instant, so anyone know whats going on?

Hi Fazza, yes this should be instant if you have completed your offer and have the right number of referrals. Can you send us a ticket please and we can sort this out for you?

If you want cash alternative, you can let us know any time prior to us ordering (although since we often order very shortly after verification it's best if you let us know when you hit the verify button)

I see what has happened, but i feel it is not fair to change the referral number, just because a gift has become slightly more expensive!

not exactly sure what gift you had went for but freebiejeebies are also one of the first to lower referral numbers if an item goes down in price too.

There was a problem caused on our Select site due to the same item being selected 47 times within a short space of time, which caused an error and our system showed 3 referrals when it should have shown 9 referrals (this was also why the verify button didn't appear).

We have done some testing and have found that selecting a high number of the same item does break the system, and we are trying to find a fix for this so please bear with us and we will update you all as soon as possible.

Just to clarify, we have had 25 different items selected and there was no problems with this, so it does look like it's only when the same item is selected over again.

TBH, i do not think that there was a problem on the site, as i tried selecting a 48th of the same item and the referral rate went up to 4! So i believe that it was just because the item was very cheap at the time.

When we tried to re-select the same items, it produced several error messages so we're looking into that to make sure there are no similar errors in future.

We will take the hit on slight variations, but I'm afraid when something that was 3 referrals increases so that it would now be 9 referrals, we just can't take that kind of hit unless the item has already been verified for, in which case we would honour it.
