PS3 - different referral rates

Hi guys,
I'm just a bit confused about the different referral rates on the FJ sites for the PS3?!?! If its the same site, shouldn't the referral rates stay constant?

lol yer a m8 pointed that out to me yesteday. On gifts, and consoles the ps3 is 15 refs, yet on ps3.fj, its only 11?

sites that offer just one item are often less referrals as they run a different business model , its generally harder to complete a site that is a single item so many people dont complete it and therefore the site makes money from people that dont go all the way to get there gift so this is why it can be offered less , sites such as gifts , consoles etc are a bit more refs because someone might get 5 referrals then give up but they can still get a ds or something .. hope that kinda makes sense

So its basically because you can change your gift on the other sites, making it easier to actually get something out of the site! Clever idea eh!?

You can't reset your account on PS3.FJ.. so it's cheaper.

What do you mean reset? When you remove all the used greens?
Does that mean you can't do the PS3 more than once?

its easier to get refs for sites that offer multi gifts ie consoles and gifts etc , so more people get a gift weather it be a ds a xbox a ps3 etc , the networks dont make money when they send out gifts they make money mostly through people that give up half way through , on a multi gift site people are less likely to give up because if they cant get the amount of refs they need they will choose a lower gift .. therefore the referral rates are slightly higher to minimise the loss on each gift sent out.
sites like ps3.fj you have to get 11 refs or you dont get anything , there is no option to change so its harder to complete the site therefore more people drop out after only getting 1 or 2 greens which of course is more profit for the network .. which is why it can be offered at less refferrals

No you can't, which is why it's cheaper.

I know the above posts have been edited but just to be clear, all FJ sites can now be completed as many times as you like.

We still can't offer the PS3 on gifts etc for the same refs as on the PS3 site due to the reasons Claire explained above - the PS3 site only has high referral items on it and operates using a different business plan.
