Hi, I just wondered if I could change what gift I have and if I will lose any of my greens will doing this..I'm just too scared to try!!

You can change gift any time you like as long as we haven't ordered (preferably before verif tho!), and you don't lose any greens for the privilege

to add to this, would it be ok to use custom orders calculated in select.fj as orders on consoles because i personally believe it would be easier to refer to consoles

We will use the same formula to calculate custom orders on consoles, but you can't do it yourself so you'd need to raise a support ticket

Has anyone managed to change a freepay gift? I've signed up for the touch (istuff.freepay) but now want to go for the iphone but it's not on my list. I've logged a support call but judging by how busy they are it could be a while to get a response.

i tried to change and they said no

arctic tried to change and they said yes

arctic is the only person that i know of to have his gift level changed

3 days! I think freepay were in one of those moods! If you say that you picked the iphone when you signed up but now it's gone back to the ipod or something like that then they should help you out. but who knows with freepay
