The sites are identical with the exception of the offers page which just has the 9 offers listed above

Credits are currently done manually, but once the volume increases we'll have our chiggles working on an autocred

As to the pending status - in short, I don't know. Bidz.com is the only offer that has been completed so far and that doesn't but i'll keep you updated on this one.

When a user signs up from USA, they just see the USA offers automatically - there is no separate site, just separate offers
