books offer!

Just checked my apple account and the person that did the books offer has been put on hold! it didn't even go through verification!

Any reason why this could have happened?? is it because he didn't get two other books or something??? i'm really confused :S

sounds like they changed their mind after reading that they had to purchase another two books and cancelled their account with the book offer.

Re: books offer!

Hi Sajid, I can't see the referral you are talking about on your account.

An account being placed on hold is unlikely to be anything to do with the offer completed. If there is something wrong with the offer completion, the offer will be revoked by the advertiser, so it would show 'revoked' not 'on hold.'

An account that is 'on hold' means they have broken (or are suspected of breaking) our T&C. This usually happens during verification but if we come across it at an earlier time, we will place on hold immediately.

Sajid, I think the referral you are on about was on hold, but was taken off hold because the problem was resolved... I think that referral was included in your verification, which I did last night? Your account status should have changed.

No worries Sajid, that referral was valid though and was one of the ones I removed because of your verif (may just be that I removed them after I changed your status, I'm not sure).
