fj mobiles on amazon, helpppppppppppp

Mrs Fox has given me "subtle" hints that she would like a new phone

I understand that if I see a phone on amazon for a similar price to one thats on mobiles.fj that you can do a sort of custom gift. I understand that bit but am totally confused as the prices change all the time and having looked on amazon tonight, I am more confused.

Its not FJ's fault that amazon keep changing their prices but it doesnt half confuse me (and probably them) when i see the Prada on Orange selling at £189 by amazon and 15 refs and then I see the P520 Armani sim free selling for £378 and also for 15 greens The nokia n82 is £40 cheaper but 2 greens more.

The phone she was looking at was the Nokia W580i which is £169 at the moment on amazon and the black nokia 6500 slider which isnt on amazon so tough lol.

Looking at the amazon prices tonight, I'm left scratching my head as I dont know what phone to compare it with and Mrs Fox is threatening violence or cooking...shudder

yup, but its just so confusing as I have 10 greens (hopefully) at the moment. 9 would get the samsung u600 which at the moment is £120. Then you see the s500i costs £159 and 3 greens less, lol.

I know that some phones are sold by amazon and some by 3rd party sellers but it must confuse the site owners when they come to making up the ref numbers.

here's an idea, why not have it a bit like freepay and have "levels"? Not for specific phones but for specific values on amazon.
e.g £100-£150 etc

Crikey - we only updated the mobiles site recently and already the ref rates are out!

It's a tricky one, and the referral rates we use for custom orders would be a fair way of doing it - you can always contact us to discuss a specific phone and we can decide based on sale price, RRP, etc.

The phones don't have to be on Amazon, by the way - we prefer to order from there because we know they are reliable, quick etc. We are quite happy to order from another site as long as the delivery address does not have to be the cardholder address.
