No you cannot use your credit card for someone else. You can only use 1 set of details (email, CC, IP address etc) per person and they must be different for the next person. Sorry

my gf has moved to uni and she had acount at her home address does this mean she must a new one at her new address??? because she didnt get the time to complete her offer before she moved. she made the acount 2 weeks before she moved but she didnt get enough time to sign up to an offer so would it be a problem if i two refs one uncompleted if with same name but different address

If the computers at my friends Uni have different IP addresses when we check on whatismyipaddress.com are they allowed to register and complete an offer as they are still using the uni internet?

She should not create 2 accounts on the same site. It is ok to use a different IP address to complete an offer than the IP used to create an account, but neither of those IP addresses should be used by any of her referrals (or by the person who referred her).

Yes, if IP is different there is no problem (assuming none of our other T&C are broken).

Just one quick question.
What would happen if 2 (or more) of my referrals have the same IP address but one which was different to mine when i signed up.
I am living in university halls with around 120 potential referrals

Your referrals should not share the same IP address as you, or as each other. That still breaches our T&C and is the same as if they shared IP with you.

So how do we get around this because most of the people im going to get to sign up first are friends from Uni, I dont even know if the IP address is the same .... Ive had three friends sign up already and all three did it at Uni, only one of them has actually signed up to an offer (lovefilm) does that mean all of these referrals are invalid ?

It means you'll all be marked as dodgy. I'm really sorry but that's the rules. You really should have gotten them to do it from home, not Uni where all IP's are the same.

Oh thats just great! Looks like this FJ thing is not for me, i thought i could get as many friends and family to sign up then once id got some stuff i could invest money in a website etc ....

I'm slowly starting to realise, FJ is not really giveaway at all the amount of effort and time you have to put into its like a job anyway, the gifts are your payment for it!

How will I know if they have been put on hold? Will it say on my account? Will i be able to 'redo them' if they go home and do it because their email etc will already be registered wont it .... plus if they have signed up to an offer they wont be able to do it again...

You can sign up to both of those sites using the same email address if you like, thats not against the rules.

Why not make script that prevent same IP to join? When we refer someone, we never know if they or their family ever join FJ before.

It happen to my referral, After go green, tomorrow his account status is on hold because FJ detect someone already using my referral IP to join n when i asked him, he didn't know who using his IP n he never share his IP to anyone. Now not just his status put on hold, he can't continue n losing time n money for nothing.

Because people have static IP's which means they change, also people would just use proxies e.t.c

Also what about if two of my referrals have signed up to FJ on separate IPs but have both used one IP to sign up to an offer, will they also not count?

I believe the IP is only stored for when you first sign up, so you need different internet connections to sign up.

You can also not complete two offers from the same IP.
