Some one I work with just signed up via my link but she did it from work. I can't recall if I signed up from work or home. If I signed up from work will I lose the referral immediately or at verification - and if so, will she lose her account too?

I apologise if this is a similar question to the others but cant figure out if it is still classed as the same ip address as its the same laptop or whether it is ok as it will be a different network? Please help me. Thanks

hi all, am i getting this right...if i sign up for an offer at my house i can

1. log into my account at another household and this will not affect things

2. whilst i am logged in at another household i can cut/paste my referral link onto their computer and they can complete an offer for me and this will not affect things

i am doing the coral offer and am going to pay the people to do the offer for me...but i would rather be there to make sure they do the offer right and the money i give them is being used effectively - or is this against the rules

there are many people i can pay in the hope they will do the offer for me, however unless i am standing over them it would probably take them weeks/months to get roung to it - meaning i have to wait even longer for my gift!

any info would be greatly appreciated as i do not want to break the rules

many thanks

Why not just email them the link and tell them to hang on until you get there and do the offer for them at their house?

You don't need to log into your account anywhere but home.

And memorise that link, it's not a hard one

You can log into your account using different IP addresses and this will not cause an IP clash as long as you are just managing your account i.e. IP addresses are logged during account creation and offer completions, so you can't do either of those activities using an IP address that someone else will use to do those things.

Just remember to log out of your account though, because the computer will remember your account details so if you don't log out after use, when another person accesses our website using the same IP address they will automatically have access to your account.

No, this would break our 'walk-through' rules. You should not be physically present when your referral signs up to our site or completes their offer. The reason for this is that it can make it look like you have created the account yourself.

We can't tell whether an account is a duplicate account, or whether it just has similarities of a duplicate account because of a walk-through. In either case, your account is likely to be placed on hold permanently because duplicate accounts is a big no-no for us. Therefore PLEASE don't walk your referrals through the process

they need to submit a support ticket and ask for the account to be removed.

Ok say if she can't get to the computer for a few days after they've seen the error what will happen ? Will both accounts go on hold ?

Please get them to submit a ticket... we can't give a definitive answer without seeing the account details etc. A few days won't make any difference, but if your referral has not already completed an offer, please advise them not to complete one.

There pending a lovefilm at the moment so I'll try and contact them to get that support ticket in.

Praying that nothing happens as I'm pretty sure I didn't see this on the terms and conditions.

nothing funny about someone going on hold as you very well know.
There are times when an more often then not Fj will allow the org account to be fine but removed the other accounts, this all depends on the situation.
