Hiya, It doesn't quite work like that. However.. depending on who they are with (Vodafone, Three, T-Mobile, etc), they _may_ use a transparent proxy, which means a group of users with the usb modems will appear to have the same IP address. If this person will sign up for you, I would just open a support ticket explaining that you will have a signup (include email address) and that they are using a usb 3g modem - so they can take it in to account when going through verification. | |

![]() | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyI was wondering... Could I get get both my parents to complete an offer for me? They both have the same IP address but that is different to mine so it is not like I am using my computer to get referalls on MY account... |

| FJ Network Owner | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyThe best thing to do is check your IP address on a site like What's My IP Address? Your IP is 64.92.160.74 or similar to make sure you're not signing up from the same IP

| FJ Network Owner | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyWell, chances are that each pc in halls will have it's own IP anyway we've found, or there will be other computers around which do not share the IP. The rule is there to protect us from fraud, and to ensure we provide high quality leads to our advertiser.

![]() | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyCan I just clarify something.... FJ dont put your account on hold if you just login from the same IP address? My auntie was round yesterday and checked her status from my house, and now both our accounts are on hold My girlfriend was round today too and checked her status, but her account is still open... for now. I've sent a support ticket, but thought i'd post here anyway |

![]() | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyNever mind, I have found out what the issue is. Me and my auntie use the same password for things and thus we were suspected of cheating. Hopefully I can get this sorted out, it would suck to loose my FJ account to something like this! |

![]() | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyMywife wants to sign up for me,she uses a laptop and wireless internet which goes through my wireless router. On the router there is three different ip addresses mine,my wifes, and my wii. Is it possible for her to complete offer for me or does this still affect my account. e.g. Same home address. |

| FJ Network Owner | Re: Freebiejeebies IP PolicyThose are your internal IP addresses, your router is the one connected to the internet and that would be the same IP for all three. However, as you rightly state it would breach another of our terms and conditions about there being more than one account at the same address.

![]() | Re: Freebiejeebies IP Policysorry, just getting this straight; I live in a shared house with four other people using the same wireless network. What you're saying is, four of the people who I was gonna refer won't be able to because of the address/IP thing. Bugger! |
