Freebie Jeebies Problems

Hi, Im new to freebie jeebies and Ive got a couple of problems that id be grateful to anyone who could help me with

Firstly, I did the lovefilm offer about 3 weeks ago and have received about 4 or 5 dvds so far but my status still shows as the offer is not completed. Should it show as completed by now?

And Secondly, I have got 20 refferals for freebie jeebies and 9 for apple fj but none of them have completed the offer. Is it just that it takes a long time to show up or do i need to email them to nudge them along. If so what sort of things should i be saying in the email.

For your offer Id suggest waiting for 4 weeks then submit a support ticket for the no offer credit, you will probably need to send them proof from lovefilm that you have done the offer.

As for your referrals not going green, they may have not decieded to do a offer at all, it would be worth emailing them, there is no "correct email" to use, but I would suggest showing them eXceem, including the I got my free item forum so they can see its not a scam!

if you submit a support ticket about your offer status then i am sure they will chase it up for you , as for your referrals just keep reffering , depending on what offer if any they have completed the time can vary i have got several yellows and no greens yet (see sig) just be patient

Not necessarily. It has a pending stage which can seem to last for ever. 3 weeks is quite a long time though. Maybe raise a support ticket with FJ direct if you are concerned.

It can sometimes take a couple of days but if they haven't gone green after 2 days you could email them. Search around the forums for more on that sort of thing.

I think you might have already sent in a support ticket because I have just answered one on a similar vein, but if not, please send one in because status normally changes to 'pending' within 24hrs of completing the Lovefilm offers so it definitely looks like there's a tracking problem.
