Support Ticket Needed?

Hi all,
Would like a bit of advice if possible,
One of my referrals signed up to the site and has done the lovefilm offer, he said it put in a referral code when he signed up to LF via FJ however he isn't showing as pending.. still as not completed.

He read up on FJ and saw the section saying about contacting after 14 days if the offer hasn't shown as completed, but as LF has a pending stage, should he open a support ticket now?

definitly should because if its not showing as pending yet it usually means that the offer hasnt tracked properly and you have to raise a support ticket to apply or manual credit

How do you mean 'he put in a referral cod' on Lovefilm? If he put in a promotional code on Lovefilm other than the one that was already there, then I don't think the offer will count....

Sorry..I mean that when he clicked through to lovefilm from FJ... there was a referral code entered on the website (automatically - i.e. what was provided by the redirector).
It was the one that was put there, he never changed it.

Yeh that was is always there, just open a support ticket, should get it sorted
