![]() | Offer didn't trackHi, a friend did the Ucan offer for me, but it hasn't tracked. He has sent me his printscreen, could I raise a support ticket for him? Or would he have to do it himself? I'm not sure he'd know what exactly to say, and it'd be quicker for me to do it anyway. But I was told you're not allowed to raise support tickets about refferals. Any help would be appreciated. ![]() | Re: Offer didn't trackHappened to me, I submitted a ST on behalf of my referral and FJ said they would chase it up, but I think they were being lenient as it was only my first time, they did state they usually wait for the referral themselves to chase it up. But thanks to FJ anyway, great service as per usual!
