![]() ![]() | Site network Support*puts on supermod hat* Right........ having sent the past couple of hours reading through my unread threads, I've seen loads in every site forum with either the beginning TAB:......, RI support query, Woostar.... all asking support questions along the lines of my accounts on hold why.... my offer hasn't gone green yet...., so and so completed an offer on blah blah blah and not gone green yet.... etc! Sure you get my drift! These are all queries that need dealing with via a SUPPORT TICKET, and whilst I know some of you do, a lot don't which means us mods have twice as many threads to read, and doesn't really result in anything, as site owners DONT HAVE TO read these threads! Therefore to save everyone's time, including your own, when your wuestion goes unanswered, please could you just send a support ticket, or email support rather than posting on here or pm'ing! Cheers *Takes supermod hat off*

![]() ![]() | Re: Site network Support![]() The Lonk is a mountain sheep of a specific breed, found in the hills of the central and south Pennines, in the north of England. Their range extends into only two counties; Lancashire and Derbyshire. Also known as the Improved Haslingden, the Lonk is of the Blackfaced Mountain type, and is similar to the Derbyshire Gritstone, apart from the absence of horns in that breed. Characteristically, Lonks have black-and-white faces and their long legs are well suited to the Pennine environment of rocky hills and peat bogs. They are extremely hardy. The Lonk is raised for carpet wool and for meat. The breed was once farmed by monks at Whalley and Sawley Abbey. The Lonk Sheep Breeders' Association is based in Burnley, Lancashire. There were fears during the 2001 epidemic of foot-and-mouth disease in the UK that the Lonk breed would become extinct. Last edited by the_icks; 13-04-08 at 02:40 PM. Reason: found a picture |
