ok where do I start?
A conga (on Exceem) is a bit like doing a referral trade but better.
That is you sign up using the referral link on the first post of the conga thread , this referral link is for the person at the top of the conga. Each person on the conga gets two sign ups , and once you have signed up your name will go on the conga, and you will wait until your name goes to the top of the list, where you will be asked to post you referral link, and wait for two referrals.
Each Conga is for a different section of each Freebie Network, so you get congas for apple freebiejeebies, gadgets freebiejeebies etc, and to join a conga you cannot already be signed up to that particular site of the freebie network

Or I do I make my own conga?

this is where all the congas are, a conga is started by an exceem moderator (you can't start your own) you join an existing conga, and wait your turn to go to the top for people to sign up to your link

So that means,I put my e-mail there and wait some one register with my refferal ID,and do an offer so I can get 1 refferal or what?

Im from Croatia and my english understanding is very bad.So,if someone is from Croatia here,can you explain to me?

Once you have got the two greens from the conga you are no longer on the conga. You have to get the greens by other means.

so far i only need 2 greens to getthe first gift of my life and u know the first one is always special as after that you know how the system works, plus its the biggest incentive for u to work harder. i want to join a conga for that. is there 1 for apple.FJ website.

I, in my excitement, already joined the apple.fj can I join the apple conga complete an offer using a different login email and different offer, then post my original link which already has 1 referral on?
