| erm... You sign up from the link in the first page and you complete ONE offer. Then you wait until more people come here and sign up etc. until it's your turn to have your link on the first page. Then people should join under your referral link. In the meantime, you go around (not on eXceem) getting referrals (help can be found in eXceem on how to get referrals - How to get Greens section), and when it is your turn to have your link on the first page any referrals you get will be an extra bonus.
