I think there may have been a small burst when the Wii Fir was released. I would have thought that people would like to complete this to get the latest footie shirts with the new season looming.

when youve signed up under the top persons link the the first post, you have to complete an offer
then post the 1st part of your e-mail here, so that the person at the top of the conga can confirm youve done an offer.
when confirmed you get added to the conga list, and when its your turn, 2 people sign up under your link.
