freebiefreebie should be moved to not proven legit

As sad as I am to say it, I think this site should be removed for the time being. They hardly ever return emails, offer crediting is bad and they've stopped posting on A4F.

I've had probs with this site too. Signed up completed lovefilm offer and never got credited even after sending all confirmation that i'd done it.
I harrassed them for 3 months, firstly copius emails but just got the same replys - 'we are looking into it', then confronted them on another forum and still refused credit. One thing i always thought was dodgy was the fact it has no link, contact email or 'no credit support ticket' on the actual site, i had to get it from a forum.
I've got greens on this site but i refuse to complete another offer - it's run so poorly that they're not worth my time. Pissed off considering the time and money invested.
Alot of people seem to have had great success with this site though

I got £55 quid off nameyourfreebie but it took forever and really wasnt worth the time. Nameyourfreebie is part of freebiefreebie and i agree they should be demoted.

It was a month ago. 10th April I think.

Two people have gone onto shipped status on A4F over the past few days.

But I think we should move them to unproven until we find out whats going on. At the moment people (well some) are receiving their gifts after a two month approval period.

Re: freebiefreebie should be moved to not proven legit

Have been having a long running battle with them over credit for computerfreebie - did a trade with matkavs for an xbox game months ago and have still not got the credit.

Just raised my third and now somewhat blunter support ticket with them but never had any sort of response.

Didn't realise they were on A4F - may join up there and slate them publicly on the offchance they still keep one eye on it

Good news, some people have received stuff and they are posting on A4F again and are no longer under 'scams'.

I've been approved for my 360 Premium overnight after talking to the freebiefreebie rep on A4F and the 360 has been ordered at amazon.co.uk

Re: freebiefreebie should be moved to not proven legit

i recieved an Ipod video 30gb from them last week,

they were having communication problems and a representative comes A4F on average every two days.

it took me 2 months to get approved, but only because i hadnt recieved their 'confirm your address' email, i spoke to the representative and she approved and shipped my ipod next day

this is definitly a legit website, im waiting approval for my next gift expected 12th july!
