ebay spam?

without wanting to get a smacked wrist for sidelining a moderator closed thread. I would think that the only grounds that a site would have in denying an account for spamming would be if they had recieved a complaint from the site e.g. ebay. for example looking at a completely random set of terms of service...

I can see no mention of the right to cancel for spamming.... surely that reason should be clearly stated....

We reserve the right to refuse a user credit for an offer for a variety of reasons

bad hair day, odd socks.. surely someething taken this seriously should not just be taken as a given 'just because other sites state it' but should be cleatly annotated!

Re: ebay spam?

Sites like Pricerunner and ebay sometimes contact the site and take or warn them of legal action.

Spamming ebay is against their rules!
