Can someone please explain!

I don't get this really, I am currently getting referrals for the 50$ Paypal deal (Aiming low at first). But all my referrals are "Pending" I don't know what to do to make them "green". It says that all my referrals must finish too. So does that mean that my 10 referrals must get 10 referrals ect ect (which in theory is impossible)? Could someone please explain to a newb like me?

First of all, welcome to eXceem!

Secondly, you HAVE to complete your offer, when you've completed it you will go green (i.e. it will say you have completed your offer), also however many refs you need (you said 10), they will all have to complete an offer too, once they have gone green, you can order your reward and it will then be shipped out to you. Your referrels do NOT have to refer people unless they want a reward too, if they're just doing it for you, all they have to do is complete an offer.
Do you understand?

Open a support ticket and let them know and they should sort it out for you! Might just be a temporary error, I'll check mine out

Edit: checked and mine seems to be fine. Try logging out and back in maybe? Otherwise support ticket is best option!

Re: Can someone please explain!

Well, the IP is from a Swedish company so I'm not to sure about that.. but I am sure he will tell us when he is back online... also, if he is from the US he might have set the country wrong.. the Free4Me sites dissplays the offers available for the country you set.. if I am not wrong..

Cheers

I am from the Swedish Empire yes.. So the IP isn't lying, and no I'm not using an Ad-blocker. I tried signing up for the $500 thingy and that works, but there I have to deposit stuff to complete which I am not interested in.
