OMG how long does it take an offer to go through?

My sister signed up for Lovefilm in January, she is a full member and has been using their service since then...but her offer has not come through on my wiiforfree account yet?

She has raised a support ticket and a no credit ticket, surely it can take this long to determine that she has indeed completed the offer?

When did you send the ticket in?

I think it was around a month ago for the support ticket, and then a week or two for the no credit ticket...

They said at wiiforfree they would sort it out, but it just seems to be dragging on and on...

Hi,

When we receive a no credit report we pass the information on to the advertiser in order for them to confirm that the offer has been completed correctly. We cannot credit accounts until the advertiser gets back to us.

Please ask your sister to submit another ticket and I will find out the status for you.

She says she posted an update to her support ticket at the weekend, but still has not gone green. Can you help at all please?

Hi Prettyfly,

All no credit reports are passed onto the relevant advertisers as soon as we receive all the requested information, and unfortunately there's not much we can do until we hear back from the advertiser. We are constantly following up NCRs though, to ensure speedy resolutions as best we can.

Just giving you an update - her offer still not gone through. She has sent in multiple support tickets, and has been a member of lovefilm since january.

Think this will have put my sister off the whole reward website thing now, she was sceptical enough to begin with

We sent another email off to our contact with LOVEFiLM at lunchtime today to find out the status of outstanding no credit reports. We're trying our hardest, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do but pester!

I'm still waiting for this Lovefilm offer to go through. I feel I have patient beyond belief...waiting since January!

I've been checking my wiiforfree account everyday since Jan - and it's beginning to drive me mad!

Please, for my own sanity can you follow this support ticket up directly and put this green through manually...
