![]() | Major problem with wiiforfree impacting their credibilityFolks I am having some major issues with forfree4u. I have tried over an extended period of time to get the issues sorted via their new ticket system but they have stopped replying. I'd like to first of all say that I have in the past been extremely happy with forfree4u; both the awards I won (Xbox 360 Premium and 40" Samsung HDTV) and the support I received from them under the old system. After several months hiatus I started once more working on an offer. This time I went for the wii and completed all my offers at the beginning of August. I was advised I would likely be verified beginning of September. Over a period of time I have been constantly checking, still with all my greens and the note "Your offer completion is currently pending. After a period of time it will become either approved or revoked, please be patient." After querying this I was eventually told I hadn't completed an offer (which I had and over a month before). This followed various "wooly" support answers which did not answer the query nor fill me with any belief that they had actually looked at my problem. They talked about "not in the verification queue" or not started verifying. I then provided proof of my offer completion and was told qucikly that I should now press the verification button. But there is no verification button on my account and although forfree4u promised they'd fix this quickly I've had absolutely no contact with them for some days despite my pings. I have been waiting now for far too long with far inferior support. Forfree4u...you used to be excellent and a network I'd recommend to my skeptical friends. But not any more. Please fix your support process and my issues. |

I have reviewed our previous support responses to you, and my understanding is that you were requesting information on when your account would be verified - information we could not provide as your account was not on the verification queue. I have looked at your currently open ticket, and, barring your most recent response which wasn't replied to as we were working to fix the issue before providing a response, all queries have been responded to within a reasonable time frame, often within a matter of minutes. ![]() | Re: Major problem with wiiforfree impacting their credibilityForfree4u The substance of my tickets over the past 6 weeks or so was that I had completed my offer and had received the necessary greens yet my account seemed to be in some sort of limbo. The support responses were very generic "you are not in the verification queue" answers without addressing why that was not the case. It was only after several weeks had gone by and I was asked if I had hit "Submit for verification" did we discover that I in fact had no button. I acknowledge that your responses were indeed speedy but that they missed the mark and let this issue continue for far far too long. Perhaps less haste and more focus would have been better. May I also suggest that a better support statistic would be "Time to Close"; an average amount of time it takes to close tickets. I also acknowledge that the issue has now been fixed, I have submitted for verification (which I hope can be accelerated) and then should the support issue be solved then people should again remain in no doubt that free4you is the best and most customer-focussed referral network.
