Hi guys,

We thought it may be of interest to you that our average support response time for the month of September was 57 minutes. Day or night, rain or shine, we aim to get a reply to you as soon as possible, hoping to cement ourselves as the network with the best support.

We're working on improving on this in October as well!

not trying to be clever or anything but maybe you guys could disclose what your average turnaround time on no credit reports is as i am on about 2 months now.

i will admit i normally get a very quick reply to my support tickets but the problem is that the answer is the same everytime!

My problem is that a lot of sites give a generic response to certain questions. For example (sorry to single out xpango but I've had the most experience with them), when I asked how long it takes for gambling referrals like duplicate poker and totesport to get credited, they said about 7 days (which is what there site says) but from the comments made on this forum that cannot not be a true average.

And getting back to support tickets, the automatic response from xpango that states that they will aim to get back to you between 24-48 hours is just not true.

Bit of a hijack going on here, sorry. Keep up the good work ForFree4U!!!

The reason no credit reports take so long to deal with is because unfortunately it's entirely down to the advertiser, however we do all we can to make the process as fast as possible. The reason the replies to your tickets are similar each time is because often the situation hasn't changed much.

Don't worry, all of our replies are tailored to the individual ticket, and we don't send out automated responses to tickets!
