| The Krusty Krab! | Account on holdRight. I have a question. I signed up to forfree4u a while back and succesfully completed a offer. I have selected a DS Lite as my gift. I check my account every week to check if I have got any signups through my website. Today I checked my account and my account is on hold! How did that happen??!?! I sent in a support ticket to find out and they said that they only allow one account per person and shipping address. That's wierd cos I have not made any multiple accounts. No one in my household has signed up either (they don't trust this sites you see. Think it's all a scam! lol!). I have signed up to other sites with the same address but completed a different offer on the forfree4u network (e.g. wiiforfree) but surely this is allowed? Any one had the same problem? Any help/advice is welcomed. Thanks!

I remember signing up in the internet cafe because I didn't have no internet access at my home address (which I now got) but I had problems signing in. The page kept on saying 'The username and password you entered are invalid' even though the password was correct. Even when I pressed the reset password button I still couldn't log in with the new password. So I must have tried again and created another account in the process. And also thanks forfree4u for such a speedy response to my support ticket. I have created another support ticket due to the above as mentioned to Arctic. Hope something will get sorted out. Thanks.

Forgot to write in the line 'So I must have tried again..' that I switched to another machine after causing a stink with the net cafe owner and still couldn't log in with my new and old password and must have created....Sorry for any confusion. If I do get put on hold indefinitely, how do I solve this? Can I ask forfree4u to delete both accounts, sign up again and start again? Do I have to complete another offer again as well? This might be tricky as I have all done the offers that they have on their site for other sites/network. Any help/advice welcomed.

![]() | Re: Account on holdHope you get it sorted out soon. I've completed two ForFree4U sites so far and have always found them to be extremely helpful - hopefully you will have the same experience. I think that as long as you didn't complete any offers on your "other" account, and as long as it wasn't created as a referral to your original account there shouldn't be a problem.

Must admit I'm nervous waiting for the next Lovefilm updates (when will they be in?) as I'm hoping that I can get my 2 greens on wiiforfree and 1 green on gamingforfree finally. I've been trying that long on the gaming one that the games I fancies are now old and I have new choices lol. |
