I know things go wrong sometimes, and that can't be helped. The only thing is when you're referring people to sites that keep going down it doesn't really fill them with confidence.

the networks been down for almost 2days (on and off).
and to make it even worse for myslef, i have been rejected on two of their offers, both Gala Bingo and Mecca Games.

okay maybe it is still my works network but worked the other day.. keeps coming up saying website not found.. stupid internet.. have to wait til i can log on somewhere else then to check and see the status of my account..

Ah, I'm sorry about that then. Moving the sites to the new server is something we need to do pretty urgently though, and once they are transferred you shouldn't experience any downtime at all.

I know the situation isn't ideal for anyone, but as soon as the DNS have updated the site will be live again, and everything should be smooth from then onwards. In the long-run you should find that the uptime of the sites is significantly improved.
