 | Support tickets - response timesThis isn't a moan, rather a question: How long does it usually take to get a response to support tickets on ForFree4U? A few weeks ago I was getting responses within minutes, but I have one ticket on WiiForFree that has been outstanding since last week, and another that I raised recently on GamingForFree that is also awaiting a response.

| Re: Support tickets - response timesI've had a response to one of my tickets, and have now ordered my DS Lite (woohoo!)  I'm still waiting on responses to two more though which were raised about a week ago. I really don't want to sound like I'm moaning - if it usually takes a week to respond then fair enough. Is this usual?
