The ForFree4u boys will be doing all in their powers to resolve this, their support has been fantastic thus far.

Timing is always going to be bad though. I was about to contact a long list of potential referrals and to wait would have lost all the imputus. I therefore had to refer them somewhere else, which I really didn't want to do

No greens here either, re-emailed yellows to try and persuade and said sorry for downtime.

Which? took slightly longer than 3 days for me, but was done manually.
