| The Incredible Sulk | although these figures sound good what was the total number of tickets received... there is a lot of dissent among the ranks with a couple of networks response times and I wonder if it is proportional to quantity?

![]() | We had just over 350 tickets last year, and a lot of email enquiries (though we don't have the stats for emails). I'd hope that our replies are of sufficient quality, and it would be helpful to hear if people don't think they are. If it's useful to you, 70% of the responses rated received five stars, with over 12% receiving four stars. Cheers |
