You can repeat the site, but greens and yellows won't roll over. Resetting your account won't remove your offer credit, though.

Hi dude, I've signed up and then tried to sign up to the support but i still haven't had the email to set it up, i've tried my other email address too and nothing there, i've check the junk and its not in their, any ideas

I think 4F4U might not have set up their POP3 email system correctly within the Support Desk. You can just click "New ticket" and you can send a ticket as a guest.
