 | Our 'Ask a question, get an answer' promotionHi All, I'm just posting to let you know that we've decided to suspend our 'Ask a question, get an answer' promotion (http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/forfr...swer-easy.html) for the next few months. Since its introduction we haven't ever missed the 48 hour deadline we set ourselves, and our response time last month was an average of only 38 minutes! Things may be slightly slower this month, but support will still be running as normal and we still expect replies to be given within 48 hours. Cheers |
