| Re: is there a problem with betfair?well one of my refferals have been waiting since the 20th april and they still havent recieved credit! They've sent multiple support tickets and they have reported the offer as not crediting yet there still waiting.

| Re: is there a problem with betfair?If the offer hasn't tracked and the user's submitted a no credit report, it'll be with the advertiser. We'll be able to credit the offer as soon as they get back to us. Cheers |

| Re: is there a problem with betfair?We sent another email off on Friday, but the timescale ultimately rests with the advertiser. While we continuously follow up unresolved no credit reports, it's in the hands of the advertiser and there's little we can do to speed up their process. Cheers |

| Re: is there a problem with betfair?Just out of interest which advertiser do you use and is it the same as FreebieJeebies' advertiser? Had a betfair go pending about a week ago on FJ but it wasn't a manual credit untracked offer, it must have tracked ok so why the pending? |
