Points Reward

Hi all,

Can anyone 'point' (no pun intended) to where in pointrewards T+C's it state I cannot complete more than one offer?

Had a few simcards with credit on so did the funmobile offer a few times, got banned for it?

Sure I know on other sites you can't do the offer more than once but must have missed that bit on pointrewards.

Have raised a support ticket, was told I was banned and then it was closed

If we suspect accounts of fraudulent activity we investigate them fully and place them on hold if we feel it is necessary. This is in order to protect our advertisers from inappropriate and/or duplicate leads.

I did get in touch via support - you stated I was banned for doing 'a number funmobile offers' and then you closed the ticket.

No offense intended but was just asking for where in your T+C's it states you can't do an offer more than once?

Our Terms and Conditions state that:

If an account is suspected of giving false information in order to gain referrals or points, that account will be placed on hold immediately. There is no guarantee that they will ever be taken off hold.

You need to reword that, I'm not giving false infomation as I have a few simcards I giving to family (nephews etc) so used them for ringtone offers as knew they would use the ringtones etc.

You state on your homescreen for pointrewards - 'complete as many offers as you like' However that is not the case. Trading standards breach there I think.

Not bothered about my account reactivating, I was clarifying your T+C's and shall obviously be taking advice regarding your trading position. I will also contact you via support for my other accounts at your network being removed along with all my personal information.

I feel this post here is necessary so please ensure this is not deleted and the topic can now be locked as far as I am concerned - unless you have anything further to add

Basically, the offers are there for funmobile to get new customers. And you are not new customers, you are 1 person pretending to be several new customers with no intention of continuing with the service on any of the numbers you used.


"complete as many offers as you like" means you can do as many of the offers as you like. IT doesnt mean you can do the same offer as many times as you like.

I can see how this looks like I've been 'dodgy' as I understand how these referal sites work. I have not and wasn't intending to be but it doesn't matter now anyway!
