| Mini Mac | Please read...Can I just say, before I go any further that it is wasn't easy for me to write this post for more than one reason, but I felt like it was something that had to be done... So, here we go...First of all Happy 2nd Birthday, ForFree4U you've come a long way on eXceem and long may it continue. I am, however, dissapointed, with today's events. Let me start, by asking wasn't there meant to be a new design being implemented on your birthday. That's the only thing, I was really, looking forward to today, because I have to be honest (and it isn't easy) that your current design is not really up to standard, in my opinion. I appreciate the fact that people may not agree with me, but please just bear in mind, this is my own opinion. I think the lack of posts in the "I Got My Free Item" section is largely due to your design not being anywhere near as good as the likes of Giveaway, Real Incentives, FreebieJeebies or even Kudos. I am speaking on my own experiences so don't flame me because of it, but this is one issue I wanted to see raised on eXceem for quite a while. You're just as good, if not better, as any other network out there, in every other possible section, including support, crediting, shipping & verifications etc. But the design seems to be letting you down and imo that's the reason you're not as popular on eXceem as some of the other networks....(I apologise, I did have quite a lot to say before, but it's been so long since I wanted to post this, that I've since forgotten) Another thing is, (and yet, again, I do apologise for saying it) were the features you've implemented today worth the fuss you've created ? I mean, yeah, everyone's happy to see them and they will, certainly be welcomed by everyone...but they're nothing new, every network is doing exactly the same, and they didn't need their birthday to implement these changes...they're something most of us take for granted nowadays. I am, well and truly, sorry for bringing this up, but I felt I had to mention them. And I didn't wanna spoil your b-day for you, so I waited till now. Don't get me wrong, I think ForFree4U are a great network, they clearly are one of my favourites, I've got my 2nd gift from them, and it all went smooth - and that was back in February last year, and since then they've been going from strengh to strength, but I wanna see them develop even further. ForFree4U, I am sorry... P.S. There are a few other issues that I wanna mention, but I think the ones I mentioned so far are enough for now, and want you to discuss them now. And I'll mention the others as the thread develops.. Thanks for reading this, rather lengthy post Truly yours, DT

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Please read...lol this thread is a little ott too, kinda ironic, I think?! You could have just asked 'I thought there was a new design?' Instead of the lengthy thread which makes people think you're saying something mega mega serious? Bit harsh on ff4u I reckon, they've done wicked today imo. |

![]() | Re: Please read...i'll have to disagree with you there mate, they've added things that none of the other networks have got...the shuffleforfree site in my opinion is a brilliant idea, finally a site where they have offers that don't need credit cards, not only that the offers only cost a quid each with magazines that provide really good reading material! Its a site made for the newbie freebie hunters, a site to taste the juices of the freebie world. I only wish the site was there when i stumbled upon exceem.... |

| Mini Mac | Re: Please read...Ok, this brings me onto another point I wanted to mention...the shuffleforfree website. Fair enough that it doesn't need credit cards to complete offers - might help the newbies etc. But if you look at it from another point of view: Would you really like to refer 6 people to ShuffleForFree to get a shuffle, when you can get an iPod Touch on Freepay for 5. Yes, they might take a little longer, yes they support sucks. But they do deliver in the end. And seem to be picking up lately. And their offers don't require credit cards either... I knew most of you would disagree with me, but I decided to post this anyway...count me solid

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Please read...Hmmm yeh good point but I think the shuffle site has the upper hand in this case because the offers cost a mere pound and the fact that ff4u's support is a million times better kinda sways me towards them despite the fact that the touch is worth more. |

| Mini Mac | Re: Please read...Thanks, well yeah...but if you're really looking at this from a newbie point of view - Would you rather something more expenisve for considerably less efforts, or somethign less expensive for more ?

Smaller networks are not able to have those offers and stay profitable but ForFree4u have given people who know their site and have confidence in it, an option to claim a gift without needing credit card details. My opinion on this is... why not? Why not give people another option. It may not be for you but for others it may be just the thing they're looking for.

![]() ![]() | Re: Please read...Well Darius, you did say you wanted to stir things up didn't you! All I can say on this topic, is that you must have something here as even though some of the new features brought out today look really good, i'm not tempted away from the sites I use (well, FJ mainly).... I can't quite put my finger on 'why' though?!? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Please read...It's not really considerably more efforts to get one more person, also, it's easier to complete the offer or get others to because it's just a pound. On top of that, would you wanna wait 3 months for your gift to arrive (from time you complete site, wait a month until you can verify, then verify, then wait for gift) when you can just verify and get your gift within a week or two. Also, if you're a newbie, you might make a mistake or two, on freepay that's as good as execution, on ff4u though you might get let off if you explain yourself. Even if you don't make a mistake but one of your referrals do, you'd have to wait like another month to get verified (freepay). |

I do think my other points, even though may seem harsh, are valid... I guess I'm not such a nice person after all..

- A iPod touch you have to wait over a year for or... - A iPod shuffle you'll recieve just days after verifying. I think Forfree4u have done an amazing job and instead of asking for more we should be happy with what we got... | |

I mean, Mopods and Magnets were brilliant ideas - I genuinely think they were...1 ref, 60 points - simple enough... But 6 refs for a Shuffle, is a bit steep no matter how easy the offers are to complete...

| Mini Mac | Re: Please read...I don't know whether you've been keeping up to date, with the recents posts...but Freepay are far quicker than that nowadays ! I don't wanna sound like I'm defending Freepay or encouraging people to use them...but come on, be objective...

Sure, this isn't as good as a ringtone offer but I feel it's the next best thing. Anyway £1 instead of £10, people are always looking for the cheaper option!
