 | Point Rewards not crediting??For about the last month I've been doing the daily clicks offers on Point Rewards to try to get enough for a £10 Amazon voucher - not the greatest freebie ever but I've decided that I'm going to finish the site even though it'll take me months. I have been using Firefox, and set it up so that it clears the cookies when I shut down to make sure that the offers credit properly. This had been working fine until a few days ago. I haven't changed anything so I can't see any reason why the credits would stop coming through. I've tried to raise a support ticket, but the support pages seem to be down. Anyone got any idea why this could be happening? |

As originally posted, I've been doing the daily clicks offers, but The Highstreet Web hasn't been credited (or hasn't tracked) for over a week now. I use the same browser (Firefox) for all of the daily clicks, and it's set to delete cookies when it's closed so I know that can't be the problem. Any ideas? I would have put this in a support ticket, but for some reason the support pages don't seem to be working.  |

| Re: Point Rewards not crediting??Hi Owen, This offer's tracking OK our end, and all credits are up-to-date. Have you tried clearing your cache, and made sure that you don't have an ad blocker or virus scanner enabled which could be affecting the tracking? The support desk also seems to be loading fine; are you still experiencing problems? Cheers, and have a great New Year! |

| Re: Point Rewards not crediting??You need 1000 points for a £10 Amazon voucher - hardly going to change my life, but I started the site and am determined to get something from it. There are other offers you can do that are worth more such as Mecca etc. but I've already done them all! |
