  | Re: Account on Hold?the three red will be people who have not completed an offer properly or possibly for other reasons and have been put on hold the others will have been reversed and be allowed to complete another offer. i think! i may b wrong but best to wait and see what forfree4u say

| Re: Account on Hold?An account is usually placed on hold if the offer is not completed correctly, or if a fraudulant activity is suspected. It could also be because details between the freebie account and the ones used to complete the offer are not the same (i.e. different names, adresses, etc...). If they are people you know, you can contact them, and advise them to use the support system on forfree4u (which is very good), to try to resolve their situation. Hope that helps. EDIT: beezer got there before me, but that gives you an idea of what the problem might be. |

| Re: Account on Hold?that would explain why you're on hold. Two account cannot have the same address/details. You should contact ForFree4U through their support to explain and try to resolve it. |

| Re: Account on Hold?Yup. Accounts go on hold for breaking the networks terms and conditions. The Lovefilm reversals are just reversed so you can do a different offer (I think forfree4u now do this). It ooks like your account is on hold for breaking the term whereby no two accounts may be registered at the same address.

Just to clarify for everyone, if an offer is not completed correctly the credit is reversed - accounts are not placed on hold unless fraud has been detected or our terms and conditions have been broken.
