I received a response to another support ticket saying

"I spoke to our advertising partner about this on Friday, and she told us that they've set a deadline for Betfair of July 4. I know this isn't ideal, but we're hoping that they'll get back to us much sooner."

It may still be a while.

Dude, I really feel for you. You signed up under me (i think as my first) and that was aaaaaaaages ago and I finished it before a got any greens from the conga :'(

I personally found the Betfair site a real struggle to navigate. It seemed to have problems with a lot of it's links. Did you find this also?

One thing - What if you already have an account on Gala/Coral as ive already done an offer through them on another website, as I cant enter my bank details as it says its already registered? Do I delete my original account? Just looked on account settings, nowhere is there an option to delet account or remove a card!

no you cannot join them again , deleting your account and signing up again wont work either you need to choose another offer unfortunatley
