How do you join a conga?

sign up under the persons link in the 1st post and complete an offer , when you show as complete you will be added to the conga and eventually be at the top so people sign up under you.

Had a reply too, it now says I have a full offer credit but under requirements it still says my offer thing is pending and will change to either approved or revoked so don't know what that means?!
