| iPod Nano 2GB | Keeping track of offers and sites completedOver the last couple of weeks I've had 3 deals go wrong because people had already signed up to the website. 2 of these were were trades where I had already completed their offer or had paid them cash. I actually don't believe that any of these people set out to scam me and that they genuinely just messed up, but that doesn't make it any easier for me, exceem mods and the site owners who now need to get involved in trying to resolve them. It got me thinking whether there is any way that people can check what offers/sites someone has done before they agree to trade. I wondered if there was anything that the exceem owners could design that would be visible on users profiles, that people could update to show what offers/sites have been completed. I'm not thinking of some free format field but something a bit more formal - say a list of all offers/site which and you "select" all those that you have already done. Better still have it linked to the trade system so that it automatically updates to "trading on site" when you are accept a trading partner, to "site complete" when you leave feedback? Obviously this will not stop people being scammed but it might help those traders who genuinely struggle to remember what site they have already completed, keep track of things. It would also be visible to others so would stop people asking "can you do PS3 giveaway?....etc" Any thoughts?

![]() ![]() | Re: Keeping track of offers and sites completedSuppose its just up to each person to keep track themseleves, I mean theres loads of unproven sites that couldnt be added to the list. I just keep a google spreadsheet with every detail of every site. Sinatures are useful too but i havnt been able to update mine recently because of the 2000 character limit.

| iPod Nano 2GB | Re: Keeping track of offers and sites completedI hear you Bazza, I was thinking of exceem only including those sites that are approved by them. Unfortunately not everyone is as diligent as you in creating a tool to track what sites/offers they have done. I was just thinking that if such a tool was available and easy to use, they might be more inclined to do it. Plus when I go through the trade forums looking for trading partners, it would be good to see what sites people have already done rather than me having to post "have you done .....?" on each potential trade. I agree though that a spreadsheet is the simple solution.
