Green for Greens?

Hi, I would like to trade green for greens but I can't seem to open a new trade. I looked at the conga lines but was put off when I learnt that my two referrals would go to the new site I signed up for at the beginning of the conga. Can someone please clear up my confusion and tell me how to open a trade?

1) You need trade access. You can request this in the trades section, but you need to meet the requirements.

2) A conga works in this way:

You sign up to the link in the first post
You go into the queue
When you're at the top 2 people sign up to you

Thanks for the info about the trade access. The info you gave for the conga I got from the posts already written but there was something about emailing someone so that things are verified and I thought that the refs went to the last one you signed up for or can I choose which ref link to give. Sorry very confused, just don't want to do it wrong.
