I Have 3 Questions - New Member

I've not been accepted as a trader yet, And am very new to the community (These will hopefully both change soon! ) and I have three questions:

1. How do you calculate how much you pay someone for their green, for example, I've done the offer on a FJ site, and am going for the measly £34 PayPal for two referrals How much would I pay someone for their green? do you all do it differently? Is there an 'Optimum' percentage or rate?

2. I don't own a credit or debit card (Age constraints, I do have a pre-paid, but it doesn't work with PayPal ). Other than asking my parents/friends to put money on my PayPal through there cards in exchange for cash, are there any other ways to get my cash onto PayPal? If there is a way, but it involves a store or supermarket with PayPoint or vouchers, Please bear in mind I live in England

3. Using your trading system, How long would it take to get the referals? Is it purely the amount of work I put in that relates directly to how much I get in return, or is there a passive aspect that can be to some extent "Set and forget". I do have 'Project payday' training course and it does have a section on outsourcing, How would that work?

Most people charge between 15 and 20 pounds. For each referral on FJ you get £17 in cash of £20 for a gift so it's in the middle.

I don't think there is a way to get money into your Paypal without a card.

It depends on several factors ranging from how long it takes to find a person to trade with, how long their offer takes to validate, etc.

Cheers for helping out, Am now totally ready to start trading, Just gotta post some more meaningful things and stick around! In the meantime I can work on getting cash into PayPal.

Elaborate on that, Maybe I can help I don't know, But there might be some stickies / guides on the forum.

It may also help to make your own thread
