Still no trade access :-(

Hi I have been a member of this form for over 2 weeks if not 3 and requested 3 times and still dont not have trade access. I have also met the requirement of 5+ posts (I have made 43 in total). Why is this??? Thanks

If you go to USER CP at the top of this page. And then go to GROUP MEMBERSHIPS, there should be an option for your to join the TRADE group. This is the proper way of getting Trade Access. It's a lot better than just PMing an admin.

It mus be pretty annoying be an admin and getting endless PM's asking for trade access.

if they let people trade that pay a flying visit it would cause all sorts of problems with people not honouring there agreements with other users.

when i say "flying visit" i mean people that sign in once or twice spam there link everywhere then you never hear from them again

Two things...

1. Trade access is no guaranteed, it's given at my discretion.

2. While I do aim to review trade access every 48 hours, we get married in 3 12 months, I work full time and am busy probably 3-4 evenings a week plus weekends so am limited in the time I have

3. Not saying you two have but pm'ing/visitor messages asking for trade access won't make me review them any quickly!

What about making a post like "I want to join Trades" and reporting it so admins will see it? Just a suggestion

trade area is great but once in be careful, i had a couple run smooth but then got scammed

i stick to congas only now

The problem with Congas is it's a 1-shot deal, you get 2 greens and THAT IS ALL (I cant sign up for Kudos and get FJ greens, for example, and ultimately I would have signed up for all the sites offered so I'd still be out of luck). Trades could give you however many you want because somebody might not even be using FJ so they'll gladly sign up under you to get a kudos green or perhaps a green on a site we dont even know about, (or might sign up for a few $ - esp if you cover the "trial fee" so it really doesn't cost them anything)
