How much do people genereally want for signing up for offers?

Usually most people will accept whatever it costs for an offer, plus a little bit, only a couple of quid. For example I used to do a £5 offer for £7-9 or a £10 for £13-15. Up to you though, and if you get someone who is thinking of joining a site anyway - like I did for Chiggles - they might even give it you free, but not very often!

For example some offers are free (not many, most people have done them), some are a fiver, some are a tenner. If I intend to do a £5 offer I ask for between £7 to £9 (or take it if it's offered etc).

No problem, I know the freebieland can be a little intimidating.

Ah I see, I was thinking of offering £1 for the free offers (bank accounts, lovefilm etc) How do you know when somebody has actually completed an offer? I presume the money is sent when the referal has gone green?

I think you'd find it hard to find someone to complete any offer for £1.

You can check the status of your referrals by going to your user status page, where it shows everyone who has signed up under your referral link, and whether they've not completed an offer, have an offer pending or have completed an offer.

Some people say half when aggreed, half when completed, but even if they go green and you pay the full amount there are no promises they won't go on hold when you try and verify!

When you have collected all the referrals that you need for your gift you get a magic button that says 'verify'. FreebieJeebies staff then look for anything dodgy about the account looking for fraud (multiple accounts same IP etc) and although you may be completely legit and pass verification, one (or more) of your verifications may have been a muppet and tried to defraud FreebieJeebies, or just not completely adhered to the terms and conditions as they should. Their account is put 'on hold' and their green no longer counts. You then have to hunt down a referral to replace them.

About using the same IP - I was going to ask my mum and sister to fill out a couple of referals, would they not accept those? I might drop them an email or something to ask..

If they live in the same house as you or have the same IPs then no, but if you all live separately with different IPs then yes you can refer them

Oh thats a shame.. but luckily I'm moving out to live with my dad soon and they are renting a flat so I can grab a couple of referals there! Can I get one referal from one person in my house? I only ask because obviously I have filled out an offer but that doesn't actually count as a referal..

well, for starters you would have to do an offer for every sign up you created and when you do the offers they would see that the card you used correspond with your address. So, would cost you a fortune and then you get nothing.

However, you can always pay friends to sign up and do an offer.

Even if I payed £10 per referal that would still be less than half of what I would be paying anyway!

I was wondering, if i paid 13 people £7 each to do referals i could buy a ps3 for £91. Could there be any comeback from that at all? Btw, not saying i will as i've just started the ebay method, just wondered if it could work
