Trade Problem

I have someone who wants to trade with me, but is having problems. Could someone please view my trade in the FJ section (G4C section), and let me know if it is showing up correctly? The person in question says that they cannot see the comments section at the bottom of it. Is it something that they or I have done wrong? Thanks in advance.

I can't see any comments box, but can see it on the others.

Never used the new trades system, so I honestly have no idea sorry.

Anyone else have any suggestions? Is it anything to do with the part shown in the attachment? Don't recall seeing that on trades before. Thanks
