Unable to leave feedback

Hi

I am having trouble leaving feedback to "shad10".

Trade Details:

1. He started the trade --each received a green

2. then he gave me a green

3. When I try to leave him feedback I receive the following message:

"In order to give feedback on a user, you must either be the user that ended the ad (with a purchase), or the ad starter, and the user must be either the user that ended the ad or the ad starter."

I dont understand what this means.

He will need to close the ad and choose you as the trader or you will not be able to leave feedback.

If he has closed the ad then you can find the ad ID in the address bar when viewing the ad. it looks something like - http://....../viewad-1234 where 1234 is the ad ID

How do I close it btw?

Go to the bottom of the ad and type in the username of the person you are trading with and click close. Then you need to go back into the ad and scroll to the bottom and close the ad completely.
