What happens when trade closes before trading is complete

Any idea what happens when a trade closes prior to trading is complete?

I am asking as I have completed trading but the other party did not, should the othe party open the trade again?

It is closed when the 2 traders have agreed to trade, their is also a complete status, when both have went green and done feedback.

You or the other member open a new one. All trades have a time limit of up to 4 weeks on them, to prevent the case were a member would post a trade, then disappear from the forums and not reply in the listing.
