You sign up to a site using the link in the first post. Once you have completed your offer and the person who's link it was has received acknowledgement of you turning green they make a post and your name will then get added to the conga line.
Make sure that you make a post stating you have signed up and are just waiting for the offer to be verified plus add the first part of your email in the post.

When you are top of the conga 2 people (usually) sign up under your referral link and you eventually get 2 greens once the sign up's have completed under your referral.
